We believe in the development and consistent execution of sound processes. Our experienced consultants work with each institutional client to develop a customized Investment Policy Statement (“IPS”) to provide structural guidance on the selection and de-selection of investment offerings. We assist in building a well-rounded range of investments so that clients may offer a diversified line-up to their participants. Our Quarterly Investment Reviews are created in-house using Morningstar Direct, enabling us to tailor the report to client needs and ensure the data reviewed matches the IPS parameters. When the need arises to replace or add an investment, BFSG provides an easy-to-understand analysis of potential offerings, and also provides recommendations as an ERISA 3(21) Fiduciary. For clients who prefer to delegate the selection and de-selection of investment offerings, we serve as an ERISA 3(38) Fiduciary and assume liability accordingly.
