The Client Service Specialist & Social Media Coordinator position is an integral part of the team, providing comprehensive support to the Advisor and teammates. This role involves managing various administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities, and delivering exceptional client service. From handling office responsibilities to coordinating client interactions, attention to detail and organization are essential elements for success in this multifaceted position.
Responsible for administrative support along with vendor communication and customer service. Responsible for electronic client deposits and managing the check log. Assists with client money movement. Responsible for client mailings, management of records and documents, scheduling client reviews for partners, as well as employee and client event planning. Supports senior management as requested with respect to administrative office needs. Responsible for CRM management of client data. Participates and assists with social media deliverables.
Full-Time (hours 8:30 am – 5:30 pm Monday – Friday):
