BFSG, LLC has an immediate opening for a Client Service Specialist & Social Media Coordinator. The Client Service Specialist & Social Media Coordinator position is an integral part of the team, providing comprehensive support to the Advisor and teammates. This role involves managing various administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities, and delivering exceptional client service. From handling office responsibilities to coordinating client interactions, attention to detail and organization are essential elements for success in this multifaceted position.

Responsible for administrative support along with vendor communication and customer service. Responsible for electronic client deposits and managing the check log. Assists with client money movement. Responsible for client mailings, management of records and documents, scheduling client reviews for partners, as well as employee and client event planning. Supports senior management as requested with respect to administrative office needs. Responsible for CRM management of client data. Participates and assists with social media deliverables.

Desired Skills and Experiences

 

  • Customer service: 4 years (Preferred)
  • AA or higher is preferred; Entry-level is ok
  • Must be proficient in PC computer environment with advanced skill levels in Word and Outlook, and intermediate skill levels in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Must be proficient in Outlook, calendaring, and all social media platforms
  • Good telephone presence and ability to learn quickly
  • Extremely organized with strong attention to detail, dependable, punctual, and resourceful
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, i.e., grammar and spelling
  • Must be able to multi-task and prioritize efficiently
  • Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills

Compensation

Full-Time (hours 8:30 am – 5:30 pm Monday – Friday):

  • Salary commensurate with experience ($68,000 – $74,500 per year) + bonus incentives
